System Requirements

Ensure your system meets these requirements before installing Bloxstrap. Meeting the minimum requirements allows basic functionality, while recommended requirements provide optimal performance.

Minimum Requirements

Operating System

Windows 7 SP1 (64-bit) or later

Bloxstrap requires a 64-bit version of Windows. 32-bit systems are not supported. Windows 7 Service Pack 1 is the minimum supported version.

Processor

1.6 GHz or faster processor

Any modern processor meeting this clock speed requirement. Multi-core processors are recommended for better performance.

Memory (RAM)

2 GB RAM

Minimum 2 GB of available RAM. More RAM improves performance, especially when running Roblox alongside other applications.

Storage

500 MB free disk space

Minimum free space required for Bloxstrap installation and operation. Additional space may be needed for updates and temporary files.

.NET Framework

Version 4.7.2 or later

Microsoft .NET Framework is required for Bloxstrap to run. Most modern Windows systems include this, but it can be downloaded if needed.

Internet Connection

Active broadband connection

Required for downloading Bloxstrap, updates, and for Roblox functionality. A stable connection ensures reliable operation.

Recommended Requirements

For optimal performance, we recommend:

  • Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11 (64-bit)
  • 2.0 GHz or faster multi-core processor
  • 4 GB RAM or more
  • 1 GB free disk space
  • .NET Framework 4.8 or later
  • Stable broadband internet connection (10 Mbps or faster)

Additional Considerations

Graphics: While Bloxstrap itself doesn't require specific graphics hardware, Roblox may have its own graphics requirements. Ensure your system meets Roblox's graphics requirements for optimal gaming experience.

Administrator Privileges: Installation requires administrator privileges. Ensure you have the necessary permissions before attempting installation.

Antivirus Software: Some antivirus software may flag Bloxstrap during installation. This is typically a false positive. You may need to temporarily disable antivirus or add an exception. Always re-enable antivirus after installation.

Checking Your System

To check if your system meets these requirements:

  1. Operating System: Right-click "This PC" or "My Computer" → Properties to view your Windows version and architecture.
  2. RAM: Check the same Properties window to see installed RAM.
  3. Disk Space: Open File Explorer → This PC to view available disk space.
  4. .NET Framework: Check installed versions in Control Panel → Programs → Programs and Features, or use our Compatibility Checker.

Bloxstrap does not support:
